Myrtlebeach Student rentals have been around for years. In the old days that is all there was - just a bunch of kids going to Myrtlebeach. Then the kids grew up and had families and their kids came to the beach. Generations of people from all over the Carolinas made this a great destination. then it got big - really big! Myrtlebeach is second only to Orlando as a Family vacation spot.
The sand on our beaches is really nice and they are so wide that there is plenty of room to play sports, lay out, goof off, build sandcastles - you name it!
Families have become a major part of the economy here and students have fallen to the wayside. The old shacks where kids used to hang out are almost all gone - replaced by half-million-dollar Condos. And the People of Myrtlebeach who own those condos don't have the patience to deal with students. - BUT WE DO
Student Rentals
We are happy to host people on one of the widest, whitest sand beaches in America! There are plenty of places to play football, toss frisbees, sun yourself (use sunscreen), play volleyball, make sandcastles, play soccer, sleep, bodwatch, listen to some tunes and just about any other beach activity.
One of the great Ironies is that many of the very people who own these condos and won't let kids in their "investments" - used to be kids! Yeah, we were shocked to find out that many of these geezers actually once had all their teeth and liked sparking (or courting or whatever they called hookin up back then) at the beach! I have seen historic documents - they called them photographs, a forerunner of pics - that show these very same multi gazillionaires right out there on Ocean Boulevard hanging out, smokin' tires, drinkin sody pop and showing off their tans!
Somehow these once-young, once-fun geriatrics have forgotten the shaggin on the Boulevard, playing football on the beach and partying at the Pad. Not us!
Under 21 No Problem!
Not Us ! We are dedicated to the fact that all students will one day grow old. Until then they need a place to stay - and we have plenty of them.
Many people want to come for grad week to mirtle beach. Murtle beach is a great place for first week. Come visit with us - you will have the best week of your young life.
